About this jacket

Open this burgundy leather harrington jacket and a ticking stripe lining shows itself, running down from a plain shirt collar to a knitted rib hem that holds the whole thing steady at the waist.

Sourced by us, professionally cleaned and conditioned, then measured, graded, photographed, packed and posted from Doncaster. Chest, waist, shoulder, sleeve and length are all recorded further down, taken flat. Put a jacket you already trust next to those numbers and you will know exactly where this one lands.

Very Good. The rib has relaxed a little through wear and there are light scuffs along one sleeve, all of it visible in the pictures rather than glossed over.

A single one of these came in. Sell it and the listing goes dark for good.

  1. Sourced Bought as a single garment from an estate sale, dealer or private seller, chosen for the condition of the hide rather than the label in the collar.
  2. Cleaned Deep cleaned and conditioned so the leather moves again, without stripping the colour it has settled into.
  3. Repaired Where stitching, hardware or a lining needed work, it was put right before listing: seams restitched by hand, hardware replaced like for like, linings repaired or renewed.
  4. Graded Inspected panel by panel and graded honestly. Anything beyond normal vintage wear is written into the listing.
  5. Photographed Shot under consistent light. The photographs form part of the description, so what you see is what will arrive.
