Welcome to Sheffield G Collections. By using this website and buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
1. About us
Sheffield G Collections is a trading name of QK Textiles Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16020771, with its registered office at Unit 1 Ashfield House, Ashfield Road, Balby, Doncaster DN4 8QD, United Kingdom.
We sell reclaimed vintage leather jackets and clothing. Every item is second hand, sold as a single garment in a single size, and is photographed and described honestly.
2. Our products
Every item is second hand and most are decades old. Expect reasonable signs of age, wear and character.
Minor variation in colour and texture may appear between the photographs and the garment, because of lighting, photography and screen settings, and because leather ages unevenly.
Measurements are taken flat and are published on every listing. Please check them against a garment you already own before ordering. Vintage sizing labels are not a reliable guide.
Each jacket is a single item. When it sells, it is gone, and it will not be restocked.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We may refuse, cancel or limit an order at our discretion, including where product information contains an error, where fraud is suspected, where the item is no longer available, or where payment cannot be processed.
An order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free, tracked and insured.
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these terms.
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Separately, you have 30 days to reject a faulty item under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under applicable law.
7. Second hand goods
Every item sold by Sheffield G Collections is a genuine second hand or vintage garment.
Signs of wear, creasing, fading and patina are part of the item and are not necessarily defects, where they are shown in the photographs or written into the listing.
Each jacket is inspected and graded before listing, and the grade is published on the listing.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, branding and product descriptions, belongs to Sheffield G Collections or its licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheffield G Collections is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from the use of this website or our products.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Using this website
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to interfere with its operation or security, not to copy or exploit its content without permission, and not to give false information when ordering.
We may restrict or end access to the website where these terms are breached.
11. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the website. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
