Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information (where available).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Damaged Deliveries

- The packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged item
