Shipping policy

Every jacket is packed by hand and sent tracked. Because each one is a single garment, we pack it to arrive in the condition you saw in the photographs.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are not accepting international orders at this time.

Delivery cost

Delivery within the United Kingdom is free on every order, sent tracked and insured. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge.

Any charge that does apply is always shown at checkout before you pay. You will never be asked for a delivery cost after ordering.

Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days of payment, unless the product page says otherwise.

Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation and tracking details.

Delivery times

Delivery within the United Kingdom is typically 1 to 5 working days after dispatch.

These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent with your dispatch confirmation. If you cannot find them, contact us and we will resend them.

If the address is wrong

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If an incorrect address is given and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further postage charge may apply.

Delayed or lost parcels

Delays occasionally happen for reasons outside our control, including weather, courier disruption and peak periods.

If your parcel looks delayed, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier. Every parcel is sent tracked and insured, so a lost parcel is our problem to resolve, not yours.

If your order arrives damaged

Tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and send photographs of the packaging, the shipping label and the item.

Photographs help us resolve it quickly with the carrier. They are useful rather than a condition of your refund, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.
