Refund policy
At Sheffield G Collections, we take great care in sourcing, restoring, inspecting, and accurately describing every vintage item we sell.
Change of Mind Returns
If you purchase an item through our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn other than reasonable inspection
- Free from new damage, stains, odors, or alterations
- Returned with any original tags or packaging where applicable
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the item's value has been reduced due to handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when inspecting the item.
Vintage Item Condition
All items sold by Sheffield G Collections are genuine vintage garments and may show minor signs of age, wear, creasing, fading, or other characteristics consistent with vintage clothing.
These characteristics are not considered faults where they have been clearly shown in photographs or described within the product listing.
We encourage customers to review all photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, not as described, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
In these circumstances, Sheffield G Collections will cover reasonable return postage costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns where:
- The item has been damaged after delivery
- The item has been altered, cleaned, or repaired by the customer
- The item is returned in a condition different from that in which it was received
- The return request falls outside the applicable return period
