About this jacket

Brown leather vintage jacket in size L, with a soft pointed shirt collar lying flat over a straight centre zip, a narrow welt pocket at the left chest and a flat leather band at the waist. The olive windowpane check lining runs through the body and sleeves, with two zipped inside pockets.

Heavy soft creasing has settled across the front panels, the sleeves and the back, the broken in surface of a worn hide.

Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item was faulty or wrongly supplied. Once it reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund to your original payment method.

What happened before this was listed

  1. Sourced Bought as a single garment from an estate sale, dealer or private seller, chosen for the condition of the hide rather than the label in the collar.
  2. Cleaned Deep cleaned and conditioned so the leather moves again, without stripping the colour it has settled into.
  3. Repaired Where stitching, hardware or a lining needed work, it was put right before listing: seams restitched by hand, hardware replaced like for like, linings repaired or renewed.
  4. Graded Inspected panel by panel and graded honestly. Anything beyond normal vintage wear is written into the listing.
  5. Photographed Shot under consistent light. The photographs form part of the description, so what you see is what will arrive.
