Brown Leather Flight Jacket, Teardrop Zip Pockets

About this jacket

Brown leather flight jacket in size M, with a folded pointed leather collar and a throat-latch snap at the neck, a straight centre zip covered by a leather storm placket fastened with antique copper snaps, and two lower zip pockets set into large teardrop leather yokes with a zipped chest pocket above. Dark navy lightweight woven lining, and a shirred leather waistband.

Heavy creasing through the sleeves and body with some lightening along the crease lines and across the shoulders. The leather is intact, with no tears, splits or missing snaps.

Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item was faulty or wrongly supplied. Once it reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund to your original payment method.

What happened before this was listed

  1. Sourced Bought as a single garment from an estate sale, dealer or private seller, chosen for the condition of the hide rather than the label in the collar.
  2. Cleaned Deep cleaned and conditioned so the leather moves again, without stripping the colour it has settled into.
  3. Repaired Where stitching, hardware or a lining needed work, it was put right before listing: seams restitched by hand, hardware replaced like for like, linings repaired or renewed.
  4. Graded Inspected panel by panel and graded honestly. Anything beyond normal vintage wear is written into the listing.
  5. Photographed Shot under consistent light. The photographs form part of the description, so what you see is what will arrive.
