At Sheffield G Collections, we take great care in sourcing, restoring, inspecting, and accurately describing every vintage item we sell.

Change of Mind Returns

If you purchase an item through our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn other than reasonable inspection, free from new damage, stains, odours or alterations, and returned with any original tags or packaging where applicable.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

Vintage Item Condition

All items sold by Sheffield G Collections are genuine vintage garments and may show minor signs of age, wear, creasing, fading, or other characteristics consistent with vintage clothing. These are not considered faults where they have been clearly shown in photographs or described within the product listing.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, not as described, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund. In those cases we cover reasonable return postage.
